OPTION A - BEST OPTION (not working)
I can’t get these to work – I think it a network permission thing – maybe someone in IT can get them to work. Ideally you click the button, it goes right into your calendar. If I click on my MAC it goes right into my MAC calendar. When I click on the work side, for outlook, it give an error. I am stuck.
Also though – Apparently you cannot limit the number of people invited to a meeting in TEAMs. So IT might be able to fix the step of getting it into the calendar – but TEAMS wont let you close or limit the number of people in a public meeting. So this might not work for you what you need anyways.
OPTION B - Decent Work Around
Basically people submit a form to you – and each selection only allows for 15 people max. Or whatever number you need. Then you would have to invite those people directly. So that part of the process remains pretty manual. But would easy to manage.
