A Forest of Change - Thank You!

When we launched our e-Statements campaign, we asked members to make one simple change: switch from paper statements to e-Statements. It may have seemed like a small step — one less envelope, one less printed statement, one less piece of paper travelling across the province. But together, those small steps added up to something real. Thanks to our members, the campaign was a success!

Here’s what we accomplished together

• 320 members switched to e-Statements: That means 320 more members are now receiving their statements in a faster, simpler, paper-free way. (that was almost 20% of all eligible members!)
• 1,000 trees are being planted: For every member who switched, we committed to planting up to three trees. In the end, we rounded that impact up — and 1,000 trees are being planted as part of this campaign.
• $4,000 invested in tree planting: StellerVista contributed $4,000 toward purchasing and planting the trees.

Planting is taking place between May and July 2026: The trees are being planted with support from local reforestation partners.

A simple choice. A lasting impact.

Every month, thousands of paper statements are printed, stuffed into envelopes, and mailed. By choosing e-Statements, members help reduce paper use, cut down on unnecessary printing and postage, and lower our collective environmental footprint. But this campaign was about more than reducing paper. It was about showing how small, everyday decisions can grow into something bigger — cleaner air, stronger ecosystems, less waste, and a lasting benefit for the communities we call home. Together, those 320 switches became 1,000 trees. That’s a forest of change!
